They put us at ease and provided clear, thorough and helpful information, ensuring that we fully understood our dog's diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Dr. Jacob was so kind to us and our dog, and explained everything in such an easily understandable and thorough fashion. He was positive and encouraging. Wonder staff and doctors. Everyone is kind and compassionate. Never wait long and the doctors are professional and knowledgeable. Ugh! I don't recall names but everyone I've encountered has been amazing! That includes grooming and day care! How wonderful everyone is. We LOVE Dr. Joel, but everyone else is a close second!
